[NETFRAME] Compilation Error while using Net-Packet-0.20

The first shortest answer: upgrade to latest Net::Packet 
which is 3.25 (don't remember a 0.20 version existed ;) ).
Also upgrade to latest Class::Gomor (1.01). This should 
fix your current problem.

Second, Net::Packet is no more supported, it has been replaced 
by Net::Frame modules. So, you should port your programs to 
Net::Frame.
