I have seen this problem sometimes. I have no solution with current 
Net::Packet code, this should need an upgrade, probably.

It depends. Is your code public ? if not, how much lines 
does it contains ? which Net::Packet modules does it uses ?
(that is, Net::Packet::Dump, Net::Packet::Write ...).
