Have you installed libdnet from a Debian package? Or downloaded and 
compiled manually from libdnet website? The reason I ask these questions 
is because Debian renamed libdnet to libdumbnet on their packaging 
system. So, to install Net::Libdnet on Debian, follow this link and read 
the first comment:

for us to validate the problem does not come from you.

GomoR (note the trailing uppercase 'R') works on these modules on 
his spare time. It is a free job, and as such, you cannot expect a 
professional support, and new releases every time an incomplete 
bug report is given to the author.
